Checkout upsells on Wix Stores
Wix Stores has no upsells at checkout built in, so you add them with an app from the Wix App Market. Bumps adds four kinds to the Wix checkout page: a checkbox order bump, a spend-goal progress bar, a frequently bought together list and add-on fees such as shipping insurance. Each renders inside Wix's own checkout, with no redirect and no code for the shopper to type.
How do I add upsells to Wix checkout?
- Install Bumps from the Wix App Market.
- In Wix's Manage Apps, click Complete Setup next to Bumps. Wix opens your site in the Editor and adds every Bumps spot, the checkout included. On Wix Harmony, attach any spot that is still missing from Bumps's setup.
- Create a checkout offer from a template, such as a checkout bump, and pick the product it adds.
- Set the offer to Active, then publish your site. Wix only serves the published version.
What can I offer at checkout?

A checkout bump's discount goes up to 50% off, and its second-chance offer after "No thanks" stays within the same 50%. On new Wix Harmony sites the frequently bought together list is not available at checkout yet; the checkout bump and the progress bar are.
Do Buy Now shoppers see checkout offers?
Yes. A Buy Now button takes the shopper straight to checkout, past the cart, so checkout is the one spot those buyers pass. If your product pages show a Buy Now button, Bumps's setup ticks the checkout spot for you. Offers in the side cart never reach Buy Now buyers.
Do checkout upsells use coupon codes?
No. A checkout bump's discount, like a bundle or spend-goal discount, is an automatic Wix discount rule: nothing to type, and the coupon box stays free for the shopper's own code. That matters because Wix allows one coupon per order. The exceptions are scratch-card prizes and thank-you page discounts, which are coupons Bumps applies for the shopper.
Can a checkout upsell block payment?
No. Bumps's checkout offers are Wix Site Plugins inside the checkout page, not a layer in front of it. An offer draws nothing until its own data has loaded, and if it fails, checkout carries on without it. Nothing ever stands between the shopper and the Pay button.
